When producing these hooks, Fudo uses only selected materials – steel with a high percentage of carbon. This material comes in custom made shapes, made especially for Fudo hooks. Fudo uses two procedures to sharpen the point of the hooks: mechanical and chemical. Process of sharpening is strictly controlled in order to get lastingly sharp point of the hook. The hardening of the finished hook is done in the special furnaces in which computer controls the temperature to an accuracy of 0.01 ° C  and heating time with an accuracy of 0.001 seconds . The result is perfect Fudo hooks with a great strength and elasticity.
